Valerie Weisenreder is a communications consultant who brings more than 20 years’ national and international experience from planning and design to execution and analysis.
A specialist in b2b communications in the technology sector, Valerie has experience with recognised brands including Cisco, Atos, Unisys, VMware and Zalaris, as well as emerging and challenger brands. With a strong focus on client relations and how communications can impact the business, Valerie can offer clients a host of services that puts storytelling at the heart of everything: narrative development, campaign planning, content creation, executive communications, digital and media relations strategies and influencer relations.
With working relationships with communications agencies in 20 EMEA markets, Valerie can also broker agency relationships, build and manage a full network of agencies.
As a consultant for VMware, a leading innovator in enterprise software, Valerie works with the head of communications, EMEA customer marketing and the global corporate team to help build thought leadership campaigns and content platforms that deliver maximum exposure and engagement in the media, across social media platforms, and among key stakeholders.


Nichola Pergande has 25+ years of experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including events, for the business-to-business community operating in the UK and abroad.
Currently, Nichola delivers marketing for Zalaris, a global Human Capital Management company and events in the insurance and corporate markets. Most recently Nichola consulted for XL Catlin, the Lloyd’s of London specialist insurance provider as Head of Sponsorship + Events and previously as Joint Head of Marketing. She managed all global external sponsorship activity, building and maximising brand awareness through the management of sponsorship of third-party events.
Prior to that Nichola worked for HSBC for 12 years as a Business Marketing Manager looking after specialised industries including Agriculture, Lawyers, London Fashion Week and South Asian Banking at their HQ in Canary Wharf. During her tenure, Nichola launched the first social media campaign for a British- based financial institution.
